International Marketing for Brands Selling Across Borders

Expanding into new countries means new languages, currencies, payment habits, consent laws and time zones. We plan multi-country campaigns that respect each market, run by our remote team in India with calls in your working hours.

International Marketing: what it covers

Selling abroad is rarely a matter of copying campaigns into a new country. Search terms change with language and dialect, shoppers expect prices in their own currency and familiar payment methods, delivery promises must reflect real shipping times, and privacy law decides what you can track. A campaign that performs well at home can stall in a new market because one of those details is wrong.

We start by choosing markets in the right order. Search demand, competition, shipping cost, return logistics, language effort and legal requirements all affect how quickly a country can pay back. Entering two well-chosen markets properly usually teaches more than launching in ten at once with thin budgets spread across all of them.

Our team works remotely from India with brands around the world, and we do not have offices in your target markets. Instead we schedule calls in your business hours, send written weekly updates that cover every country, and recommend native-speaker review for ad and landing page copy in each language before it goes live.

  • Market prioritisation and entry order
  • Country-level campaign structure

  • Local currency prices in product feeds
  • Market-specific landing pages
  • Local payment method messaging
  • Shipping, duties and returns messaging
  • Ad scheduling by local time zone
  • Consent banners and Google Consent Mode
  • GDPR and regional privacy checks for tracking
  • Per-market budgets and targets
  • Cross-market reporting in one view

The challenges we solve

Translated ads that miss local search

Translating keywords word for word often misses what people actually type. Shoppers in different countries use different product names, spellings and slang, even when they share a language. Campaigns built on direct translations attract little relevant traffic and pay for searches that do not match the offer.

Checkout and delivery doubts

A shopper who sees a foreign currency, an unfamiliar payment option or no clear information on duties and delivery times is likely to leave. Ads can win the click, but unclear landing pages lose the sale and make a new market look unprofitable before it has had a fair test.

Tracking that breaks under local privacy rules

Consent requirements differ between the EU, the UK, the United States and other regions. Tags that fire before consent create legal risk, while poorly configured consent banners can strip out much of your conversion data. Either way, decisions about the new market rest on weak numbers.

Our International services

Market prioritisation

We score candidate countries on demand, competition, shipping and return costs, language effort and legal requirements, then recommend an entry order and a test budget approach for each.

Localised campaigns

We research keywords in each language and region, adapt ad copy to local phrasing and seasons, and recommend native-speaker review before anything goes live.

Multi-country account structure

We split campaigns by country or region so each market has its own budget, bids and reporting, while sharing creative and audiences where that saves time without blurring results.

Market-specific landing pages

We brief landing pages for each market with local currency, sizing, delivery times, duties information and reviews from customers in that country where you have them.

Payment and shipping messaging

We highlight the payment methods shoppers in each market expect, such as local wallets or pay-later options where available, and state delivery and return terms clearly in ads and pages.

Time zone scheduling

We schedule ads, budgets and email sends by local time in each market, and plan promotions around national holidays and shopping events rather than your home calendar.

Consent and privacy setup

We configure consent banners, Google Consent Mode and server-side events so tracking follows GDPR and other regional rules, and explain what that means for reported conversions.

Cross-market reporting

We report each market in its own currency and in your reporting currency, so you can compare countries fairly and move budget towards the ones that pay back.

How we work

Business & Market Discovery

We learn how your business makes money: your products, margins, customers, competitors, target markets and revenue goals, so every later decision is anchored to commercial reality rather than platform metrics.

Marketing Audit & Research

We review existing campaigns, tracking setup, audience data, ad account history, creative performance and how well your website converts, to find wasted spend, missing data and quick opportunities.

Strategy & Campaign Planning

We choose the right channels, allocate budget between them, and plan campaign structure, target audiences, creative direction and the conversion goals each campaign will be measured against.

Campaign Setup & Launch

We configure campaigns, conversion tracking, landing pages, creatives, audiences and conversion events, then check everything fires correctly before launch so data is reliable from the first day.

Testing & Optimisation

We run structured tests on audiences, keywords, creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages and budget splits, keeping what works and retiring what does not, one clear change at a time.

Reporting & Scaling

We analyse results, highlight new opportunities and report in plain language. When the data is reliable and returns hold up, we scale budgets and expand into new channels, products or markets.

Frequently asked questions

Which country should we expand into first?

Expand first into the market where demand is proven, shipping is practical and the language effort is manageable. Often that is a country where you already receive organic orders. We review your existing international traffic and sales, search demand and logistics costs, then recommend an entry order with clear reasons.

Do you have offices in the countries you advertise in?

No, we do not have offices outside India. Our team works remotely with brands worldwide, holds calls in your business hours and sends written weekly updates with a named point of contact. For local language accuracy we recommend native-speaker review, and for legal questions a local adviser.

Do we need separate campaigns for each country?

Usually yes, at least for your main markets. Separate campaigns let each country have its own budget, language, bids and conversion targets, and stop a strong market from absorbing spend meant to test a new one. Smaller markets with similar buying behaviour can sometimes be grouped.

How do GDPR and consent rules affect advertising?

They decide what you may track and how ad platforms can use that data. In the EU and UK you generally need valid consent before marketing tags fire, and Google Consent Mode lets Google model some conversions from users who decline. We set tracking up to respect these rules, though final legal decisions belong with your own adviser.

Can you run campaigns in languages other than English?

Yes, we run campaigns in other languages, building keyword lists and ad copy for each market. Because accuracy matters more than speed, we recommend that a native speaker reviews ad copy and landing pages before launch, especially headlines, offers and any legal wording.

How do you handle different currencies in product feeds?

We submit feeds with prices in each target country's currency wherever the platform supports it, matching the price shoppers see on the landing page. Mismatched prices are a common reason for product disapprovals, so we check currency, tax and shipping settings market by market.
