Shopify agency for Kigali brands
Shopify stores for Kigali’s coffee roasters, fashion designers, craft cooperatives and lifestyle shops, selling to residents, visitors and customers abroad.
Shopify development and growth for Kigali brands
Kigali is known for being clean, orderly and well organised, and it has become a regional hub for conferences, startups and tourism. Residents shop at Kimironko Market and in neighbourhood boutiques, but also order online for same-day delivery by moto. Local brands sell specialty coffee, Rwandan-designed fashion, agaseke baskets, imigongo art and skincare, often to visitors who come through the city on their way to the national parks or for events at the convention centre.
We work with Kigali brands remotely from India, with calls in your morning and clear written updates. Typical projects include MoMo checkout, same-day delivery zones, international storefronts for visitors who want to reorder, and gift and corporate ordering for conference organisers and companies. We also connect Instagram and WhatsApp, where most Kigali customers first find you.
What Kigali brands need from their store
Specialty coffee roasters
Kigali roasters sell beans grown on Rwanda’s hillsides to locals and visitors. We build stores with origin stories, roast and grind options, subscriptions for regular customers and international shipping for buyers who discovered the coffee in Kigali.
Visitors and conference delegates
Delegates and tourists often buy crafts and coffee as gifts and want more after they leave. QR codes in shops and hotels lead them to your store, and international shipping lets them reorder from home.
Same-day moto delivery
Kigali customers expect quick delivery. We set up delivery zones by neighbourhood, same-day cut-off times and rider notifications, and make sure packaging follows the plastic-free rules that customers and riders already know well.

Frequently asked questions
Can you set up coffee subscriptions?
Yes. We add a subscription app so customers can receive coffee weekly or monthly, choose roast and grind and pause or cancel from their account. For local customers, payments can be taken through a provider that supports recurring card billing or MoMo reminders.
Can conference organisers order gifts in bulk?
Yes. We set up bulk ordering with volume pricing, custom packaging and branded cards, plus a simple quote request form for large orders. Delivery can be scheduled to a hotel or venue in Kigali on a specific date.
Do you have an office in Kigali?
No. We are a remote team in India and do not have staff in Rwanda. We support Kigali brands through video calls, WhatsApp and a shared project board, and test every change on a staging store before it goes live.
