Influencer and creator campaigns run like any other sales channel
We find creators whose audiences match your customers, brief and coordinate the content, secure the rights to use it in ads and track what each partnership actually sells.
Influencer Marketing: what it covers
Shoppers often trust people more than brands. A creator showing how a product fits into their routine answers questions a product page cannot, and their audience already listens to them. Influencer marketing borrows that trust, but it only works when the creator, the audience and the product genuinely fit together, which is why research matters more than follower counts.
We run the whole process for Shopify brands: creator research and vetting, campaign strategy, briefs, outreach, contracts covering deliverables and usage rights, product seeding, content review and posting schedules. We also plan user-generated content, where creators make videos for your own ads and channels rather than posting to their followers, which is often the most practical place for a smaller budget to start.
Every partnership is tracked with unique discount codes and tagged links so sales can be tied back to each creator. The strongest content then feeds into paid campaigns as partnership ads on Meta or Spark Ads on TikTok, and we make sure each post carries the disclosure that advertising rules and the platforms require.

The challenges we solve
Choosing creators by follower count
Large follower numbers can hide bought followers, weak engagement or an audience in the wrong country. Brands that pick creators on size alone often pay for posts that reach few real buyers. We check audience location, engagement quality, past brand work and content style before suggesting anyone.
Content you cannot reuse
A great creator video is far more valuable if you can run it as an ad or place it on your product pages. When contracts do not cover usage rights, duration and paid amplification, brands either lose that content or risk using it without permission. We agree rights in writing before anything is filmed.
No way to measure what worked
Without codes, tagged links and a tracking plan, influencer campaigns become a judgement call based on likes and comments. We give each creator their own discount code and UTM-tagged link, then report sales, traffic and engagement side by side so you can decide who to work with again.
Our Influencers services
Creator research
We shortlist creators whose audience, tone and values fit your brand, checking engagement quality, audience location and previous sponsorships rather than relying on follower counts.
Campaign strategy
Clear goals for each campaign, whether awareness, content for ads or direct sales, with the creator mix, budget split and timeline chosen to match.
UGC planning
Briefs and scripts for user-generated content made for your ads, product pages and social channels, covering hooks, demonstrations, testimonials and unboxing formats.
Content collaboration
Briefs that give creators key messages and must-show details while leaving room for their own style, plus a review stage to check accuracy before anything goes live.
Coordination
Outreach, negotiation, contracts, product seeding, posting dates and payments managed in one schedule, so you are not chasing creators across inboxes and direct messages.
Usage rights and partnership ads
Agreements covering where and for how long you can reuse content, plus whitelisting access through partnership ads on Meta or Spark Ads on TikTok so creator posts can run as paid ads.
Disclosure rules
Sponsored posts use the platform's paid partnership label and clear wording that meets advertising rules in your markets, such as FTC guidance in the US, the CAP Code in the UK and ASCI guidelines in India.
Performance analysis
Unique codes and tagged links for each creator, with reports comparing reach, engagement, clicks, sales and the value of reused content, so future budget goes to partnerships that perform.
How we work
Business & Market Discovery
We learn how your business makes money: your products, margins, customers, competitors, target markets and revenue goals, so every later decision is anchored to commercial reality rather than platform metrics.
Marketing Audit & Research
We review existing campaigns, tracking setup, audience data, ad account history, creative performance and how well your website converts, to find wasted spend, missing data and quick opportunities.
Strategy & Campaign Planning
We choose the right channels, allocate budget between them, and plan campaign structure, target audiences, creative direction and the conversion goals each campaign will be measured against.
Campaign Setup & Launch
We configure campaigns, conversion tracking, landing pages, creatives, audiences and conversion events, then check everything fires correctly before launch so data is reliable from the first day.
Testing & Optimisation
We run structured tests on audiences, keywords, creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages and budget splits, keeping what works and retiring what does not, one clear change at a time.
Reporting & Scaling
We analyse results, highlight new opportunities and report in plain language. When the data is reliable and returns hold up, we scale budgets and expand into new channels, products or markets.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need big influencers to see results?
No, smaller creators often suit Shopify brands better than celebrities. Micro and nano creators tend to have closer relationships with their followers, charge less and are more open to long-term partnerships and content licensing. We usually test several smaller creators first and scale up with the ones whose audiences respond.
What is the difference between influencer marketing and UGC?
Influencer marketing pays creators to post to their own audience, while UGC pays creators to make content that you publish yourself, usually in ads or on product pages. Influencer posts bring reach and endorsement; UGC gives you a supply of authentic-looking creative to test. Many brands combine both.
What are partnership ads and whitelisting?
Partnership ads let you run paid ads that appear from a creator's account, with the creator's permission, a practice often called whitelisting. On Meta they are called partnership ads, and on TikTok the equivalent is Spark Ads. Because the ad shows the creator's name, it often feels more native than a brand ad. Access and rights are agreed in the creator contract.
Do sponsored posts need to be labelled?
Yes, paid or gifted posts must be clearly disclosed in most markets. Regulators such as the FTC in the US, the ASA in the UK and ASCI in India expect clear labels such as 'ad' or 'paid partnership', and Instagram, TikTok and YouTube offer built-in disclosure tools. We include disclosure requirements in every brief and check posts before approval.
How do you measure influencer campaign performance?
We measure each creator with a unique discount code and a UTM-tagged link, so sales and site visits can be tied back to them in Shopify and GA4. We also track reach, engagement and saves, and how their content performs when reused as ads, since some creators add more value through paid amplification than through their own posts.
